A-and then you kind of touched on this, uh, already, but, you know, how do you think AI will change the life insurance and annuity industry over the next decade? And what role do you think it, it may play in how insurance companies manage risk and capital?
17:29
Yeah.
17:29
Maybe, let me take those in kind of two different pieces there, like the, the industry and then, then the capital and, and risk management.
17:35
But if I think of the industry, you know, some of the, the more direct places will be, you know, service and automation.
17:43
So can you accelerate self-service tools out there and have AI agents interact with clients or advisors to get policy information, ask questions, start claims processes, et cetera.
17:54
Obviously, self-service is something that's been out there before, um, but some of the tools out here and your ability to interact with your own systems internally, your data internally, your policy forms internally, uh, can continue to accelerate those or make them more complex, able to handle more cases, right? Um, tools and relationships with advisors, same thing.
18:13
So can you give them more tools to help them understand your products, help them educate customers? I expect that will be more of an item Um, one of the areas I think will be, you know, a little bit more interesting, a little bit more unsure how this may change things in the future.

And, and so kind of with that, uh, you know, where do you think AI would be most helpful for, you know, younger actuaries, you know, like myself?
