Give a quick overview of the team.
3:23
So Eric here, the CFO, we have a few other people on the team.
3:28
Eli is our CEO of the project.
3:30
Nathan Fisk, our CMO.
3:32
Ed Libby is our chief construction officer.
3:35
We have Duncan Bremmer, who's legal advising.
6:16
You can't just get one into your factory.
16:33
Let's take a look at, you know, where's the company financially? How much debt do you guys have? And what's the opportunity going forward?
16:40
Yeah, so the debt we have on the property right now is about $3.4 million secured against over $30 million in hard assets, which does not include the machinery and material and business value and things like that.
16:53
So because the debt market has been challenging and we are expecting to close a small round of financing to refinance some of the construction cost of the project, we are going to open up an equity round to help overcapitalize the project to ensure we can produce and meet customer demand because The demand we are seeing in our pipeline is extremely strong.
17:14
I know we talked about that a little bit.
17:15
The investor event, we kind of went over some of the bigger projects, but I mean, it represents over $100 million in projects over the next couple of years.
17:23
And technically we are revenue.
17:25
That unit you saw on the floor last week has been bought and paid for.
