So local counties in my region, Stafford County, Spotsylvania County, had made water allocations, this whole water reuse system, which on one hand, water reuse, it sounds good.

It's recycling.

It's literally taking water that would otherwise be cleaned up in, say, Stafford County and then put back into streams.

That's good, but it also has impacts to water systems.

It means that there's less water going into our streams and rivers.

Are we going to stick our head in the sand, be denialists in this way? Or is there a path forward? Are you hoarding water at home because you don't think that the rest of us are going to do a very good job here?
