But now you have your own creative control, and what have you noticed from your indie perspective compared to the people out there who are doing the traditional route?

[lip smacks] So I had somewhat traditional for The Body Man initially 'cause I went with a small publisher.

So, um, I kinda got a taste of what traditional gets where you submit a manuscript, they do the cover, they do the edits.

You get a say so in stuff, but they have final control.

So that's exactly what happened with The Body Man and I had...

We'll just say I had some issues with how it ha- with what took place, and did...

I definitely butted heads with the publisher more than, you know...

What does your actual writing routine look like to sustain that?
