Um, so I first started, actually started as a, as a foreman.

Um, what happened was I was working as a roofing, uh, and building envelope supervisor for a data center developer in the Boston area, and I'd been there for, like, five years.

Uh, it was getting a little stagnant, so, uh, I didn't really see a lot of growth opportunity there.

So I did post my, uh, resume on Indeed, and actually Kelly Lopez, a, a recruiter, got in touch with me about a position as a tech.

So I said, "It's a recognizable company, obviously.

I've been in this business for a long time." So I said, "Maybe this is an opportunity where I can get some advancement that I'm looking for." So I took it, and, uh, we interviewed.

So how do you sup- kinda going off of that, how do you support technicians, foremen, and your crews in the field?
