As someone who played both in a junior program and a university team, how would you explain the difference between the two experiences?

Epharh OyamaGUEST
Obviously at the university level, you kinda forget about how many resources you have, and the perks of having everyone underneath one roof, all with crazy schedules, but similar schedules.

Epharh OyamaGUEST
The fact that coaches could tell everyone, "We know the classes don't start till 8:00 AM, so you are ours from 6:00 AM until 8:00." It's such a win.

Epharh OyamaGUEST
Also, knowing that all classes end around 5:00, so after that, we're theirs again, too.

Epharh OyamaGUEST
So university had such a unique structure to it because we kinda had everything kinda handed to us in terms of, like, where we needed to be, what time we needed to be there.

How does it feel to know there are so many people you trust around every corner in the football community as you progress into your program manager role at the CDMFA?
