So talk to me generally about someone that doesn't know what litigation could be.

Well, litigation I've been doing, I started off doing the district court for many, many years.

I won't say how long ago, but from there it graduated then to doing civil litigation.
1:10
That means in ordinary layman's terms, it means trying to achieve compensation for people who have been injured as a result of whether it's an accident at work, whether it was an accident on a footpath, whether it was any type of an injury that they end up deciding that someone was at fault for it.

And that all started.
1:39
And years ago, what we used to do, the client would come in and we would and I would give them advice as to what I thought about his or her case, whether I thought it was a good case, whether I thought it was worth going ahead with.

And so then we made a decision before all the new systems came into place.
