4:42
So we asked our great guest, Emma Cox, biologist with the Institute for the Bird Populations, what they look like.
4:51
Among swallows, these guys are unique because they have a really bright white forehead.
4:55
And so you'll see that that's completely unique among our swallows here.
5:00
And so you'll see that poking out of the nest.
5:01
You'll see this like big, almost, I don't know, little bald cap.
5:05
Like a star on their head.
5:06
Oh, that's so cute.

into Grass Valley.
45:14
Emma, how typical is this?
45:17
It varies, but sadly not as uncommon as we'd like it to be.
45:20
So I think that I do think Sanju's had a particularly difficult time, but we hear far too often of people who their endometriosis isn't understood.
45:29
Maybe some employers don't want to talk about it because they're embarrassed.
45:32
And I think because we have, you know, it's a taboo subject around periods.
45:36
There can also be issues with bowel problems, heavy bleeding.
45:39
And quite often it's just swept under the carpet because people find it embarrassing.
