So what kind of led you to start learning dermoscopy and start looking at skin cancer as a possible business opportunity?

Emma AylwardGUEST
So because we deal with medical grade lasers, we can have such a massive, huge effect on the skin.

Emma AylwardGUEST
You know, lasers, the amount of times I've had clients come in that have been to previous clinics and been injured or burnt or something from a laser, it worries me so much.

Emma AylwardGUEST
So I've always been so inclined to educate myself like mad to make sure, you know, we're at the top of our game when it comes to lasers.

Emma AylwardGUEST
But also the idea of looking at the skin and not knowing full well what is on someone's face.

Emma AylwardGUEST
Like I think it's so important if you see something on someone, we're forever taking photos.

Kelly BeasyHOST
Since you've been doing these, well, being more aware of the skin, do you think that that's changed the way that your patients trust you or perceive the way the clinic is? Is there more referrals coming to you because you're more of a trusted clinic that is really looking out for people's skin?
