So what was your experience like going on reality TV the first time? And how did it differ from the second time, would you say?

Yeah, going on the Real Love Boat the first time was my first experience with reality TV.

And I had a great experience.

I think it was a lot different than my most recent experience.

So the first one was more of like a challenge slash dating show.

As you know, Heather, like it was fun.

We got to travel.

And did you think that the emotion he showed on the show was genuine? Yeah.

But do you think there are likely to be further improvements in sampling peripheral nodules, or has that technology really plateaued?

In answer to this question, we divided the paper into what we regarded as essential based on fairly high-level evidence and what was emerging.

By and large, the sampling techniques for peripheral nodules fall into the emerging category.

group of innovative technologies, and I think by no means has this plateaued.

The technologies that fall into that group include things that many people are very familiar with, but not everybody, radio leavers, things that are somewhat available, like cone beam CT-guided endobronchial biopsy and robotic biopsy, which is itself based on a range of systems, which have not yet really been fully, I think, explored to the limit of their capacity.

So many centers, and that includes my own, are working towards some of these new technologies, but we don't have, for example, Curran-Bean CT-guided endobronchial biopsy, although some centers near us do.

Do you think there's a possibility that if these techniques become more and more sensitive and specific, We could avoid the need for tissue in a number of instances to make the diagnosis and decrease the frequency and incidence of invasive something that we've been talking about.

What are your thoughts on leadership development at this stage of your career, and, and what you're kind of observing about the leaders you work with? What stands out? What are the kind of takeaway points for you?

Really great question.

And I would say that when I think about the leaders that I see at, at Deloitte and experience at Deloitte, I would say that you always feel, sometimes physically, the difference in a good leader and potentially a weaker leader.

And when I challenged myself on actually what does that look like, why is it that I feel that way when I work with somebody that really clicks with me, and I, I boiled it down really to three aspects.

And I would say that it's when I was in the start of my career, I came into Deloitte not knowing what I was doing, or necessarily what, how w- working in a corporate environment runs.

So for me, I, I found it uncomfortable sometimes to sit in, in ambiguity of things.

And, and not knowing things I found really hard, even though it's a part of the journey to, to not know.

And notwithstanding your s- your current employer may well listen to this, but the, uh, you know, where do you see yourself in 10 years' time?
