Obviously, it's part of a large picture, but what is the picture of a really dynamic school that's doing this really well, especially where we've got young people as co-researchers?

Emily PohlGUEST
Yeah, and I think I learned about so many great examples of schools and programs that are already going in this direction through the book process and so again i don't think there's one right answer there's only in that ecosystem of that school and that place and those people and what's possible there but if again there's this whole i mean just including understanding ourselves as bodies moving in the world figuring things out that is already a different starting point and already makes you question, why are we sitting for seven hours a day? It makes no sense.

Emily PohlGUEST
Like if you start to look from the embodiment science point of view, right? And so there's even awareness of myself as a body, motion during the day.
