I don't have socks on.[gentle music] My aunt went to school for music, and she taught my brother and I how to play piano from a young age.

And so I grew up playing, reading music, and then when I turned 13, I went into our youth ministry, and we had a youth band.

And from day one in there, I led the band.

I just felt convicted, and when I was playing music for Him, I needed something in my brain to differentiate, like, I'm playing for me and people, or I'm playing to lead people into the Lord's presence.

So I was just like, "I'm gonna take my shoes off.

This is holy ground.
