What was the journey to just finding yourself and figuring out what you like and what clothes you like and music you like to listen to? And how, how did you do that?

Well, when I was about 15, my family started going to a new church.

And there was another family there that had kids that were my sister's age.

And so my family started hanging out with them all the time.

They lived in Topeka, Kansas, if you know that area.

And the mother from that family was not as conservative.

She had more freedom.
