Well, I think one of the best tips that I was ever given was, as a female, to actually expect people to treat you well.

So when we actually have that sort of executive presence where there's just an expectation that of course people will, um, will treat you well, then they generally do.

And so, um, you know, having that confidence, being in that room, um, and making sure that you're getting into rooms where people are actually making major decisions.

So being bold with networking, um, not sort of holding back, but, you know, getting yourself into rooms where you can just go up and meet people.

You know, years ago, um, I went to the 12th version of a particular conference, and when I walked in, um, walked up to a group of guys, I had been in very, very male-dominated industries, and one of these guys said to this whole group he was standing with, "Now you guys all think that you have big [chuckles] um, uh...

And I tell you, this woman has bigger ones than any one of you." And I said, "What are you talking about?" And he said, "I saw you when you were, you know, early 20s.

When you decided that you were gonna work with female founders and this was gonna be something that you helped, um, these were the women that you were gonna help, what are some of the challenges that you have faced as a woman yourself with helping other women entrepreneurs and helping them understand the evaluation and really what it's gonna take to be a $300 million evaluat- evaluated company?
