tell us about good and proper tea

So we're based here in London.

I started actually in a 1974 Citroën H van and was outside King's Cross station next to Noble Espresso at the time with Sean and Louis who were flinging flat whites at the time.

And...

The mission, we've had a very weird and wonky journey since then, you know, in that 13 years.

But the one thing that actually hasn't changed throughout has been the kind of mission was always to show people how exciting tea can be when it's done properly.

And it's actually how we've gone about doing that that's changed.

Do you visit farms and how do you pick the farmers that you want to work with?
