What specific ways have you added your flair to those fields?

Well, I think that, uh, if we start with like the circadian rhythms, I think right there, was the main thing that I did was looking at the data that were being recorded at those times, like looking at core temperature rhythms to track the circadian system in patients or in study subjects.

I worked to get an accurate description of those oscillations.

So trying to make the model capture the structure and the data as accurately as possible and using what we call harmonic regression techniques to do that.

But then not just stopping there, but developing a full inference framework.

So you could actually, you could measure the aspects of the rhythm, you know, say the period, the amplitude, and then from there, be able to make statements of uncertainty about, you know, how confident we were about the characterizations that we came up with.
