So when you so you've had this 20 years on the on the on the other side, on the on the defense side, do you think that that gives you some insight that maybe some other personal injury attorneys might not have?

Emanuel GalimidiGUEST
It does in that there are obviously any number of personal injury attorneys who have done defense work and then migrated to the plaintiff's side.

Emanuel GalimidiGUEST
Typically, you know, most lawyers I run into or dealt with, you know, when I was a defense lawyer who were plaintiffs, had done insurance defense work for maybe three, four, maybe five years, had gotten, you know, a little bit of the lay of the land and understood some of the issues and some of what they would be facing on the plaintiff's side.

Emanuel GalimidiGUEST
I think the difference on my end is I was in the claims management meetings dealing with heads of directors of particular lines.

Emanuel GalimidiGUEST
So there's a lot of insight that I have as to how things actually get decided beyond the, while the adjusters taking, looking at the meds and multiplying by three, you know, and that sort of really rudimentary understanding of the insurance world.

Zane MyersHOST
So what do you think the biggest mistake is in looking back where you've been sitting on either side of the table and you winced? I mean, not physically winced because you're not allowed to do that, but internally winced at what one side or the other said.
