How can we start to begin that process of forgiveness if we need to do so, starting with ourselves? Is there a process that if people go through, we start with awareness? What are your thoughts on that?
13:28
Well, I use a process that's really similar to something called Choose Again.
13:33
There's a Costa Rican retreat center that uses this process just in general, but I use this with patients.
13:40
And it's a six-step process of really taking a look at, first of all, admitting that you're upset.
13:46
Because a lot of people bury it, right? Oh, I'm fine.
13:49
Are you sure you're not angry? No, I'm just fine.
13:52
So you've got to admit you're upset.

What is your approach to nutrition? Is there a one-size-fits-all approach or is it more personalized? Of course, what are your thoughts?
28:15
Like, can't we bring them in kindergarten and first grade and say, let's start there.
28:19
Let's start with the beginning of your question, which is about how the medical industry views a patient.
28:27
So you have to look at, and I don't fault the doctors.
28:30
I think the way they're educated in medical schools, which are primarily funded by pharmaceutical companies, is that they are learning how to manage symptoms with chemicals.
28:42
A doctor gets less than two weeks of nutrition classes in his entire medical school experience.
28:51
So a doctor gets less than that of anything like homeopathics, chiropractic, unless you go to chiropractic school, acupuncture, unless you go to acupuncture school.
29:01
I mean, less than any of those individual practitioners.

All of this is going to be wisdoms and knowledges that people can learn from rather than live in later on.

Ellen, tell us your journey because you've got a fantastic journey to tell us today.
1:05
Yes, and I'm so glad we met.
1:07
It sounds like we're on the same trajectory.
1:10
We're here to help people heal their minds, bodies, and souls.
1:14
So I'm very excited to talk with you.
1:17
So my healing journey began back when I was 28 years old.
1:22
I had just had my first child and I was having digestive issues and all kinds of problems preventing me from eating food.

13 MINS LATER

14:26
Yeah.
