So that changed my life.

Have you got an example of something where you actually had that vision and lived that vision, you know, sort of the be-do-have?

How did you get to this to this space in life?

You know, it's such an interesting, you know, the transitions of life of I look at everything in decades.

So I moved from Oregon back to the East Coast, which was a huge transition when I turned 50.

So it's kind of like turn 50.

I needed more sunshine because Portland, it rains nine months out of the year.

And I was from the East Coast.

I'm like, I know it's sunny in South Carolina.

Can you talk about that and how that contributes to this overall healing experience?
