Can you share an example of a partnership or collaboration that's been successful for you?

So we have a partner in the South Okanagan, Savvy Grape Tours, who's partnered with a winery, Niche Winery, and they also have really interesting accommodation in sea cans at their winery.

So they do a combination of wine tasting tours, both including Niche and other wineries in the area.

It's a trolley car, so it's a really interesting transportation.

She also has a very old Cadillac that takes you out and does the tours.

Of course, accompanied with some interesting food and beverage experiences along the way.

And so that's all come from just people working together, even in the Culinary Readiness Program.
