Where should they begin? What's the very first conversation they should even be having?
8:55
Yeah.
8:55
So I think there's a couple of ways that, uh, workers can approach this.
8:59
Um, so one is within your existing company.
9:02
I would say it's the easiest to kind of have your existing company, um, kind of go employee-owned if it's privately owned, and it, you know, it's usually at a time of transition, right? So if the owner is kind of, uh, maybe, you know, getting to the point where maybe they're looking to retire, you know, it's really important that I think workers have a sense that this is an option and to kind of bring this up in conversation with either their, um, the owner or the management team.
9:30
Sometimes maybe they maybe might need some help with that, so reaching out to a co-op developer like Co-op Cincy.
9:34
There's co-op developers all across the United States that they could, you know, g- potentially get some support from if that would be helpful.
