What other kinds of content could we be, be creating potentially?

Yes.

I, I really hope anyone who hates reels hasn't clicked out of this episode yet, because [laughs] it's, uh, it's really only one content format.

And actually for me at the moment, my highest performing content is carousels.

So I know we've spent a lot of time talking about reels, and for me, they are so important for creating trust, and there is good growth exposure there with the Reels explore page and trial reels and all of those things.

But carousels for me, again, I'm basically embracing a similar vibe or energy or aesthetic, whatever you wanna call it, where my carousels have gone from these very curated perfect canvas slides to these very casual, candid, off-the-cuff photos from my phone.

Again, not, not on the fancy camera, and they've just got text over the top.

She's talking about what happened at her hospital after purchase by a private equity firm, Cerberus, which created a subsidiary, Steward Health Care, to run eight struggling Massachusetts hospitals.

Steward didn't have any bereavement boxes.

They didn't pay the vendor.

So there weren't any.

So nurses were having to put babies' remains in banker's boxes and cardboard shipping boxes.

It only happened once or twice, and then nurses went out and bought the bereavement boxes themselves.
