Like she worked very closely, I think, with the RFK Jr. campaign and Trump and Turning Point and like the conservative media apparatus to like brand all of that

She says the replacement for the independent learning materials are nothing like the old ones.

Recently they stated that the curriculum support materials will be a replacement for the independent learning materials and I really reject that.

I think that's an incredibly misleading state of affairs.

They have made the curriculum support materials look very similar visually to an independent learning material.

They are not the curriculum itself.

So I've got the English curriculum support materials, which the department states are not created for every lesson, in every sequence, in every unit.

Yeah

... that happened in one day.

And I don't think people realize that it can take weeks, and there are weeks in which you might not know yet, and you're still hoping.

And then there might be weeks where you do know, but it hasn't happened yet.

And, you know, you, you go to hospital and you're in the maternity ward going past the same rooms where the best day of your life happened months ago, and where the best day of the lives of those women you catch glimpses of in the beds as you get wheeled past in your own wheelie bed are happening, and you're having the worst day of your life.

And then you go home, and it's been weeks, so you've got to get along with life.

You've got to get up and go to work or be at home and manage things at home while your husband goes to work.
