Why did you choose the Ridgeway?

So basically there's a, there's a group of... that was me and three friends, and in 2018 we did the West Highland Way together.

And we did this format which didn't really work, so we decided to do it again, where Sophie and I, who are the runners of the group, we ran, and then Oscar and Ange walked.

But we didn't give them any change in distance or anything.

So when we did the West Highland Way, I think the first day we did 42 miles.

That's a long way to walk.

And we set off at the same time.
