Well, that, that was the, the start of the journey of Centennial because that was 2012 or '13 when we first bought it, and, um-

Yeah, so there were no guarantees.

The first four we bought was not a site.

It was just, uh, his, his, a single owner, four terraces.

We kind of saw the future.

We had a vision that this would be potentially amalgamated and would become probably the highest and best location in Bondi Junction, and we thought that, you know, if the car yard came on board, then that would start our development process.

But we had to go through an up zoning because it wasn't feasible at the zoning that it was currently, and, you know, we thought opposite the park, iconic entry to Sid Einfeld Drive, it was the gateway to Bondi Junction.

It's really gonna be the best building I've ever built.
