Um, a lot of faith organizations have kind of come to a head of confronting difficult questions about, um, you know, maybe, maybe they're, they're losing membership, or even if they're not, it's, it...

You know, going through COVID and then coming out the other side of COVID, I think that there's a lot of questions of, even if we're thriving, even if we're growing, um, it's just clear that, that, you know, the way that religious organizations operated 20, 30, 40 years ago isn't really the best model for the future.

Um, and I think that with a lot of that, that discussion, there's been, you know, how can we shift from being an organization that, that is only active on Sunday mornings for a few hours, or maybe, you know, you have, you have events during the week on, on weeknights, um, here and there.
