So to get us started, can you share a bit about your background and what led you to focus your work specifically on physicians and healthcare teams?

Yeah, of course.

Like you said, I'm a licensed clinical social worker.

I would love to say that this was my calling and I've been wanting to do it since day one.

That's really, it's not how it came about for me.

I honestly was a social worker.

I started out in the nonprofit world and it was going pretty okay.

So what do you see come up for physicians emotionally in those moments? And how can they begin to process this negative experience or negative outcome in a healthy way?
