Like you said, the 28 Olympics are obviously around the corner and people are going to be from all around the world landing and potentially using transit, right? Making those kinds of decisions that might carry through their entire journey throughout the games, right? A lot of those early decisions and early interactions with the transit system are probably going to determine their usage, right? Is there anything on your wish list that you would love to see, not just from an infrastructure perspective, but back to that Joy perspective, activations, things that the city could be doing, that Metro could be doing, to hit people at that first point, you know, to kind of encourage them and convince them, right? I think,

first of all, Metro has done a fantastic job.

I just want to put it out there that, like, I encourage you to read C.O. Wiggins' new Substack moonshot moment, but just from the water stations that they put in, the hydration stations, to the branding of all of the Metro staff with their World Cup jerseys, ambassador jerseys, to even the city of Los Angeles jerseys.

hosting all of these kick it in the park events uh and culver city and others that are mostly transit adjacent and encouraging very specifically and clearly in all of their messaging and on the website for people to walk bike roll and take public transit and i was just talking with somebody who was at the one last night and said you know the the park was packed but the parking was not overflowed because people had taken the A-line quite clearly.

I don't know what the empirical evidence is, but I've noticed that there hasn't been as many sort of crazy traffic jams around locations, with one exception.

What has been effective? From your communication, from your kind of organizing, what do you tell a potentially intransigent city or a potentially intransigent official? What do you usually lead with when you're trying to create these coalitions for really transformative transit?
