And you see that we're not done, that this is just a continuum that you keep moving along.

No, never, never finished product, but also like really excited and encouraged by the consistent improvement that we see.

Um, but then too, like this point in the year, it's, you know, I'll be standing back there watching a drill and all of a couple of guys behind me.

And before I can get my point out, I'll hear someone say like, Oh, didn't get your, didn't get your backside knee through, or, you know, Pat's got to hit a little bit lower.

Um, So I think that's when you start to really get some great things is not only when it's coach driven, but when the players, the guys are on board and they're with it and they're coaching each other almost as hard as me and the rest of the coaches are.

Keith GrabowskiHOST
How do you feel, you know, something like that, looking back at it and thinking about what you do, especially beginning of the season till now, spring ball till now, that you do get your guys to that point where it's the player-driven coaching as well?
E
6:49Eli KosanovicGUEST
Yeah, I mean, you just keep reinforcing to them how important the basics are, how important the day one stuff is.
