So can you maybe go a bit deeper into the element of how important and what you actually do in the building side of the product?
11:52
Yes, absolutely.
11:53
I think when people think of the legal function or lawyers in general, a lot of people think about law firms and going to court and litigation.
12:04
That's a different kind of function from what I do and what most in-house lawyers do.
12:10
I've been lucky, I think, in a lot of respects.
12:13
When I joined crypto, I had already been an in-house counsel for many, many years in financial institutions.
12:19
I didn't come from a law firm space.

Eli, just going back to what we were discussing about these external issues on centrifuge, I'm just wondering, how reusable is every structure that they put on chain? So if an asset issuer comes to Centrifuge to launch a tokenized fund, how reusable is this structure moving forward for them? And what parameters exactly determine that?
28:36
Thoughts on this story?
28:38
is a really interesting story.
28:39
I mean, I think it's a really interesting story on a number of different levels.
28:42
And it's a very interesting story for us, for Centrifuge as a business in the tokenization space.
28:47
You know, we've been thinking a lot about equities and how to get into the equities space and even the pre-IPO space.
28:53
It's a challenge.
28:54
And you can see this is a great example of why it's a challenge.

And so could you unpack and pick all of this for me and help me make sense of it?
