Like, yeah, I think that's, those are some of the levers that we've put in place over the last couple years.
14:20
Yeah.
14:20
And I'll say with that, um, pulling the data on our population was very helpful for us.
14:28
Um, because I remember when we had always considered a long timer was a dog who was here for 90 days or more, 'cause we were like, "Oh, it's three months." Um, and I know this isn't gonna be the same for every organization 'cause they probably hear that Honey's been here for 30 days, and for them that's like nothing compared to us.
14:43
But when we ran the data and we really saw 60% of our dogs are placed, um, within their first seven days with us, and then that 80% of our, our dogs are placed within their first 30 days with us, it really made us implement those, pulling those levers a lot sooner.
15:01
Um, and we also saw that once you hit that 30-day mark, um, a dog's chance each day of getting adopted goes down, and it's like you have a 2% chance of each day of getting adopted.
15:12
So I think that really helped us be like, "Oh, we've been waiting till 90 days to start doing some of these things," but we really needed to start pulling them, like, and really focusing on those dogs at, at 30.
