So can you tell us a little bit about some of the projects that you have completed or that you're working on, the physical projects in Nashville right now or anywhere else?

Yeah, absolutely.

So we have worked across a variety of neighborhoods in Nashville.

Maybe I'll focus on some that are maybe more well-known by people.

If you've visited, maybe hit it as a tourist.

But I mean, I know if you're there for ULI or WDC, you see all the nooks and crannies, but for non-real estate nerds.

So the sale in the Gulch is one that we did.

And women investing in other women is even a greater calling to some degree.
