Do you think building a good relationship and understanding of the students should be like top of the tier of info or like what's the next things we should be doing now? Should we be focusing immediately on planning for academics or should we be thinking about getting that student to have felt safety with me and for me to be the pillar for that student? Do you think does that factor in here as well, say as kind of the initial things to do?

And I think when I started first and I was I joined all these Facebook groups and forums and I put in, you know, can anyone can anyone tell me what you know, how do I start or what kind of things do I do on my first day? And everyone replied completely accurately.

You just need to focus on building relationships.

And I was like, OK.

But what would that look like? So I had to get over that side of things.

Like I I'm very lucky.

I went to Lords for years as a volunteer with children and young adults with additional needs.

What then next do you think would be safe if you're the new teacher going into the autism class for the first time? Is it what do you think would be the next priority for you if you've kind of you've been covering all these bases? What might be the fourth thing you might be considering now?
