So, Edna, can you tell us maybe a little bit about your background, the work that you do, but more importantly, what are the biggest struggles you self-employed people facing when it comes to organisation and systems?

Indeed, Dan.

So my background is I started, I live in Galway, the South Night Galway in my colonnade, and I started off doing computer science in Waterford, the R2C at the time.

And when I went there, I went to do computer science because at the time people said to me, there's money in computers.

So that's why I did it for no other reason, which looks very bad on my lovely parents.

And actually what I wanted to be was a newsreader.

And in some way, I feel like I'm nearly doing that because I fell into training.

So if we look at it from a self-employed person's perspective, what are some of the simple Microsoft 365 features that can make a real difference to a self-employed person?
