As, as you progress through your career, whether at the North Sea Transition Authority or elsewhere, uh, what good practice have you spotted and, and what would you like to see more of?

Eilidh ByerGUEST
I think what we've been, particularly in the decommissioning area, I think we've, we-we've been really quite good at is while we've...

Eilidh ByerGUEST
As an organization, we've been built on data from the very beginning, the data that we get in from industry.

Eilidh ByerGUEST
While we've always been consistently really quite good in creating insights and reports that can go out to industry from that data.

Eilidh ByerGUEST
Maybe more recently, I think what we've been a lot stronger in is actually facilitating events and discussions and different kinds of opportunities for organizations in the sector to come and discuss some of these insights and even, uh, you know, in the way that we're, we're able to benchmark, uh, performance in different areas, particularly in decommissioning actually of operators and licensees in, in the North Sea.

Um, and Eilidh, coming, uh, to you, um, having heard Nicola and, uh, and Tim talk about the challenges that they're facing in their regulatory world, does that resonate with you? And, and what do you think, uh, that regulators and, and those who work in them, um, need from other people like the Institute of Regulation and others?
