Matt KaminHOST
Have you been hearing any kind of trends from those leaders that make this survey, especially this year, feel so especially important?

Efrain EscobedoGUEST
And it goes back to the, there's a story to be told and Allison's referred to it as like, is there a silent recession happening? I think within the nonprofit sector, probably yes.

Efrain EscobedoGUEST
I think within philanthropic endowments and the markets may be not as obvious and visible, but trends, the most troubling ones for me are one that I kid you not, there is not one nonprofit leader that I've talked to over the past several months that has not had to reduce their workforce or that has not had to shift the program line or consolidate programs to really deal with the shifts in funding flows or pauses in funding.

Why should they take our calls? Because we're all going to call everybody and fill out the survey.
