We've got-
4:04
Yeah, it, it's, it's sold on allocation.
4:06
It, it's really a nod to Australian fine wine, and I think going out and producing the range of EJ McDougall wines was about reestablishing Australia as a fine wine producing country.
4:18
I mean, that, that's the mission, is to kind of fix the problem that Australia dug itself into, um, being perceived as sunshine in the bottle, cheap and cheerful, great value for money.
4:29
But in fact, is it really that good value for money when you're comparing in Spain, comparing in South American wines, South African wines? It's kind of not really in the mix, and Australia built its reputation on fine wines going back, you know, you know, 50, 60, sometimes even 70 years, uh, ago.
4:46
So this is, uh, a real push to showcase to the world that, you know, Australia has not been lost and forgotten.
4:53
Um, and I think it's kind of a, a mission and a responsibility that I want to give back to the industry, but also take on the challenge that, you know, we can reestablish the country as a force to be reckoned with in the fine wine world.

Yeah.
48:37
Yeah
48:37
... who were Chinese nationals, and they were starting to make wines in across various regions in China.
48:43
And- That nuance of technicality and experience that they were bringing back to China was creating a, a very different level of wine.
48:52
The wine qualities went from here to, like, phew, up there and it's, and it's continuing to do so and the, the world hadn't really embraced or had a platform where people could, A, get information because it's quite gated, the information that comes from China, the navigation of, you know, what's good and, you know, what's emerging and what the regions are.
49:14
There, there was no centralized resource so I decided that it was important to create some form of review or an awards system to give these Chinese wine producers a, a voice, but also give the world, um, a chance to look in to see, you know, what's really happening because there are Chinese restaurants everywhere in the world, and there's China towns in most capital cities in the world and they're still not serving any Chinese wines.
49:38
So whereas you go to any Italian restaurant, there's a big list of Italian wines.
49:43
So I felt that was, that was the problem that we need- needed to solve.
52:29
Is that because they are sort of embracing their own winemaking a bit more as, as well?
