It's a long story, but basically didn't have a contact for the Alendi group, didn't have any emails.

But I remember briefly, Instagram was just sort of like becoming big.

I remember one of the chefs had posted a picture of their warehouse and the sign said, don't take anything out of this warehouse unless you email this email.

And it was like, you know, the pixels were blurry.

And so how do you make that transition to the next place? And how did you feel like it was time to get the metaphorical train ticket back home, you know?
