What would you say you do differently or do in a special way that would encourage people to select you over another provider?

Sure.

And we really have, you know, I would say three things that distinguished us.

One is they get to meet with me, Trudy.

I'm only kidding.

But to some degree, I am a board certified elder law attorney.

And so what that means in Florida, we have a higher level of training and specification.

So what is one thing you wish that people understood about solving this whole problem? pre-planning, crisis management issue to help them get a better result? If they came in understanding this, what would that be?
