and the culture set in the school and those expectations around what learning looks like in the school and what those requirements are and how micromanaged people are and things like that, those leaders kind of set that tone, don't they?

Yeah, absolutely.

Yeah, absolutely.

I think it's key.

I guess, like I'm saying, from our perspective, not as a school, but yeah, we've seen that, that we want to model with our staff what we want to see in the young people.

And I think that's so key, like we've been talking about really, recognising behaviour as communication in staff and as a leader, recognising that and being able to help and absorb the pressures the staff are having then helps to... that, that with the students as well.

I think it is so much about having the right culture, trying to build something we've worked really hard on is having psychological safety within settings and know that people feel that they can be themselves as, as a person in their workplace.
