We just stuck with our rotations.

We sowed about 10% of our farm into canola.

We sowed it early April into moisture and Yeah, it basically hasn't looked back really.

So it's had a long flowering period and it's got good height, lots of pods.

So yeah, I don't know what it'll yield, but it's looking like our best canola crop we've ever grown.

What about harvest labour? Do you do it all yourself or do you get contractors in?

Well, we've got our own machines, but we rely on regular employees and short-term labour.
