For example, one of our customers who runs data centers, they don't use the account object in Salesforce properly.

They use it almost like some kind of container, and they have actually a custom child account object that really looks more like your regular people's account object.

And so now to say, hey, agents, here's my Salesforce schema.

Go figure it out.

What is the chance that you can figure that out properly when the people who created and populated the data have to scratch their head for a day to figure out how to come up with that list? expose the raw data to agents, the chances are it can figure out reliably is almost zero for a complex, for a large complex enterprise customer.
