Well, well, let me say this.

Before the conversation really got going a year or two ago, they were-- the data centers weren't paying any, any attention to anything.

So Noblesville, uh, not Noblesville, Lebanon is a good example.

No water plan whatsoever, and the state sold farm-- paid farm ground, fifteen thousand dollar farm ground, paid seventy-five thousand dollars for it.

It's not downtown Noblesville.

So we overpaid.
