Where does the connection with basketball begin for you?

God, I don't know how long I'm going to be here, but DJ All-Stars, I'd say about...

About 10 years now, when they were down in the first division, but they always had a good love for basketball, played a bit of basketball when I was back in the day, when I was young, fancied myself as a bit of a ball handler, but actually I didn't grow, so I packed it in and went for the football, but they had a great interest in basketball and always had, so just happy to sponsor the All-Stars.

What are you like as a sports supporter, Eamon? Are you a shouter now in the Mercy College gym at a home match on a Saturday evening?

Yeah, kind of, you know, basketball has kind of nearly changed over the years.

It's a very, very fast game, very hard to keep up in the room.

So you kind of got to stand back and let everyone else out round you and, you know, eventually figure it out.

But it's a great night out, great excitement, you know, the kids and adults and that.
