What does that actually look like within OpenAI for folks who maybe hadn't built things before to start to get more and more familiar with these tools, and how has your team supported them in that?
16:18
I think we're very fortunate at OpenAI to obviously have a really strong mandate from, I mean, top down, but from all sides around, like, you should be using this, you should be curious about this stuff.
16:28
Everyone who joins OpenAI should be curious about it on some level and want to work on these things.
16:32
So if your organization doesn't have that, I recommend finding ways to kind of spark that.
16:36
But that's where it really starts is just with curiosity and with people realizing that they have the tools available, and we don't worry too much about budgets for these things and stuff like that.
16:47
Again, I know we're special, but that's where it really starts.
16:50
It's helping people think in a very unconstrained way about what is like the gold star kind of pie in the sky version of what you want to do.
19:18
I'm wondering, like, how is the team building that muscle? Is this a group that it's just more native to, more natural than? Is your group educating them in some way and giving them parameters to work within, like?
