In terms of your first question, building platforms

and solutions to work quickly with a group of schools, everything I tend to look at now is at scale, particularly because I'm working across groups that have a numerous number of schools.
2:02
So when I look at a platform that either building or implementing or even thinking in the wider scope initially, it's more about what problem is this going to solve? And I think that's kind of where we need to start all the time.
2:17
Lovely to have master haves, and they come after the problem gets solved because then we can start making it more efficient.
2:23
What's my bigger problem here? And great, we want to adopt it at scale as well, but that's really not what we should be looking at.
2:30
I think we need to be thinking that, What learning are we trying to attract at scale? And how can we get there? So for instance, if you're building online teacher academies, professional development platforms, where are the issues that are emerging constantly year after year within a group, within a multi-academy trust? And then what can I do with a multi-million dollar learning platform that I could meet the impact I'm going to see on the ground as well as at top level from a bird's eye point of view.
3:03
Like what sort of data can I get at group level or at a more strategic level where I could make informed insights and decisions.
5:46
But how do you put those measures in?
