How have you personally been dealing with it?

Yeah, it's been interesting.

I think anytime you deal with something for the first time, you kind of have to learn how to cope with it as you go through.

For me, there was different aspects that probably hit home harder than other aspects.

You know, I think obviously within Super netball.

There's eight teams, which means there's eight head coach roles.

And I feel like, you know, Dan stepped into the fever role and it was absolutely celebrated as it should be that there's a male head coach within the system.

How tough were those calls to make, especially because Lambden, Turner and also Maddie Proud have now either retired or missed out on a contract entirely? So how did you come to those decisions?
