Yeah.
14:12
Okay.
14:13
Um, yeah, I, I think, so I like the idea of having like mantras to repeat to yourself.
14:20
Um, some people might call them maxims, although like a maxim is, is just a consolidated version of, of, of a lot.
14:25
So if a lot of this is too heady for the listeners out there, if you forget everything about what I say after what I'm about to say, just want you to remember this one line, you're one conversation away from changing your life, whether that is dating, making friends, a business connection.
14:38
If you apply that lens to your social life, it, makes the opportunity a lot cooler.
14:44
It makes it a lot more exciting because the risk outweighs the reward.

22:40
How would you walk them through that tangibly?
9:10
Just go.
9:12
yeah that's uh sweet cool that's that's honestly it's funny you said that's literally what i'm doing i uh for those of the people that weren't at the event um that or weren't attending the live event either um i am that's exactly what i'm doing i uh i am couch surfing right now one to find the city i want to live in and two like i kind of just think it's cool and like I really want to a lot of what I was talking about the event was learning cheat codes and one of the cheat codes is providing value for people and trying to get more than I take and so I'm not 20 years old anymore I've learned these skills and so now what I'm thinking I have enough idea around how debt works how to raise money how to bring in equity I have enough resources in terms of people that that can teach me the thing once I got something and so if I I feel like it would be the wrong question to ask.
10:08
Like, how can I do this alone? It's more of who can I do this with and how can I provide value to these people? And the thing, and this is probably good for the audience, especially if you're someone that has never done the first deal.
10:19
Maybe you're looking to do a flip or a duplex or whatever the case is.
10:24
If you're bottlenecked by money, well, how can you create more wealth for other people? And so that's kind of what I'm doing.
10:29
People at this stage, what I've learned, and Michael, I'm sure you'd probably agree.
10:33
I know you wouldn't because I hang out with successful people and you're one of the successful people I hang out with.

6 MINS LATER

16:27
Most people like easy.
1:32
Go for it.
1:33
yeah yeah well it's like you know desperation it's almost like uh it's almost like a the same feeling you get when there's like a used car salesman or something you know and they're like desperate for a sale it's like you can kind of smell it you can smell the energy almost you know um yeah so i i really believe in uh digging the well before you need water to drink and and i to unpack that i was really the reason i believe it is because that's kind of what i've always done um by accident and I didn't realize what I was doing until I had kind of realized, until I started unpacking what I had done.
2:03
So, you know, that being said, like if you, examples of this in everyday life, I think a really good use of time is like if you're just getting started in real estate, you should probably do a couple of deals first.
2:17
But as you're doing traction before you need money, you should be talking to people about what you're doing.
2:24
You should be taking people out to coffee and educating them on what you're doing, what you're learning.
2:28
You should be probably because media is so important these days.
2:32
I think documenting what you're doing is very, very important.

It's not my
