Do you have any, any thoughts on that?
18:32
Yeah.
18:33
So I think that what, what we've seen way more so, and, uh, obviously we don't have a ton of in-person events, it's, it's pretty much just Vegas and, and, and a few other competitions that happen, usually third party.
18:43
But, uh, for these online competitions, you know, we tried a version of Tactician's Gauntlet for trials, uh, a few sets ago, and, you know, we came to the conclusion that, uh, you know, those were, I believe, two games or three games before we were cutting players.
18:58
And essentially what was happening was these players, regardless of whether they were high-end players, let's say, you know, your, your Masters+ players, or whether they were Diamond and below, um, if they didn't have a mathematical opportunity to advance, they essentially were dropping, um, and providing a worse experience for all players.
19:18
And so I don't think that there's a great...
19:22
I don't think there's a silver bullet there as a solve, right? You can change the number of games that players play, but at the end of the day, like, if there's no way for them to advance, they don't wanna play anymore, right? And, you know, we've curbed some of that with like, you know, in trials, after four games we eliminate players, um, and, uh, and do other things to try to make sure that players aren't playing meaning- quote-unquote meaningless games.

What is the biggest reason somebody should just give it a try, so just go and experience Convergence Fest?
