I worked right away at AG's, and at that point in time, you had to have a, uh, a live person to pass your cosmetology test.

Now I didn't know a lot of women, um, that had straight hair, so it was really hard for me to find someone to take down there to state board of cosmetology to actually go through all the steps of doing their hair.
